Youth Group Facilitator

The primary function of the Youth Group Facilitator is to work directly with the FPI Assistant Director and Youth Initiative Program Coordinator, to provide youth with an opportunity to make transformational change. This is accomplished through a 16-week program that focuses on the development of healthy families and healthy relationships with an emphasis on emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility. The Youth Initiative program provides an opportunity for youth to learn more about themselves, become accountable, and take steps toward achieving their life goals. Location:  200 SW 33rd St., Topeka, KS
Terms:  3⁄4 time position, partially grant-funded for 2 years
Salary Range:  $18-$20 per hour

 

KDVOA Assessor

The primary function of the the Assessor is to conduct the Kansas Domestic Violence Offender Assessment (KDVOA) in accordance with the certification standards of BIP programs in the state of Kansas. Ideal candidates will hold a current and valid license with the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB), will have attended the KDVOA and Victim Contact training through the Kansas Office of the Attorney General, and will be proficient in use of databases, Google Suite and Zoom.
